Carol Kuprevich, Ed.D.
Dr. Carol Kuprevich is a faculty member in the Doctor of Social Science in Prevention, College of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Wilmington University in Delaware and Chief Executive Officer at THEKS Holdings, LLC. Over the last 40 years she has worked in numerous state, private, and national systems as a case manager, administrator, director, educator, crisis response leader, researcher, and in quality improvement.
Dr. Kuprevich retired in 2018 from The State of Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health and continues to provide consultation services through her sole proprietor consulting practice. She serves on the academic advisory councils for numerous academic institutions.
Dr. Kuprevich has been an active Board Member for NACM since 2002 serving as Treasurer for several terms, Chair of Nominating for several years and is currently active on Special Projects, Nominating, Conference, and Membership Committees.
She embodies the constructs of life-long adult learning theories as well as both pedagogy and andragogy and remains a practitioner of strength-based approaches in interpersonal interactions and service provision.
