The National Association of Case Management, in partnership with Service Access & Management, Inc., is offering two categories of awards this year. The two award categories are the traditional Xcel awards and the Innovations in Case Management Practice award sponsored by Service Access & Management, Inc.

Xcel Awards

Each year, The National Association of Case Management gives out Xcel Awards to recognize outstanding achievements by individuals and organizations providing case management and service coordination. These awards are given in four categories:

  1. Case manager/service coordinator
  2. Peer case manager/service coordinator
  3. Case manager/service coordinator supervisor
  4. Case management/service coordination program/organization

Xcel Award winners will be recognized throughout the conference and given a free registration to the 2020 conference as well as a one year membership to The National Association of Case Management .

Innovations in Case Management Practice

An award sponsored by Service Access & Management, Inc.  The purpose of this award is to:

  • Encourage, facilitate, and acknowledge the development of innovation in the practice of case management.
  • Facilitate the implementation of innovative practices on a consistent basis.
  • Create the best, most effective, and innovative case managers possible.
  • Improve the quality of case management services and job satisfaction of case managers..

Only one Innovations in Case Management Practice award will be given to an individual or individual representing an organization/program. The award winner will be recognized during the conference and will receive free registration and travel reimbursement to the 2020 conference including airfare, hotel, and meals as applicable.

Nominations

Nominations for individuals/organizations can be made by any National Association of Case Management member in good standing or by any non-member who registers for the conference. Please submit the Nominations Form to Theresa Henning at nacm@yournacm.com or fax it to 402-441-4335.

Award recipients will be selected by a committee appointed by the National Association of Case Management Board of Directors and categories awarded will depend on nominations. Award winners will be honored during the Conference.

Web server logs allow us to count how many people visit our website and evaluate our website's visitor capacity. Information Security -- We utilize encryption/security software to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental loss, alteration or destruction. Evaluation of Information Protection Practices -- Periodically, our operations and business practices are reviewed for compliance with organization policies and procedures governing the security, confidentiality and quality of our information. Employee Access, Training and Expectations -- Our organization values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of user information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
  11. Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.
  12. What About Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information? We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.
