Reviewing and Discussing the Professional Case Management Code of Ethics

This webinar will briefly review the code of ethics for Case Management. Presenters will be seeking several examples of ethical challenges to be submitted in advance by participants. These submitted case examples will be used throughout the webinar to help participants to learn to apply the standards to real life examples. The purpose of the code will be presented along with the principles in ethical guidelines. Practical suggestions will be made regarding individual principles and ethical concepts involved in the code. The participants will be provided with a copy of the code of ethics.
Participants will be able to:
1. Discuss the contents of the Professional Case Management Code of Ethics.
2. Understand the difference between laws or regulations and the spirit of the Case Management Code of Ethics.
3. Describe the duties to the Profession of Case Management according to the Code.
